Financial Assistance

Town of Ashland residents that meet certain eligibility requirements may qualify for free home repairs. Funded by American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, the Town of Ashland is partnering with project:HOMES to administer Home Repair Program.

Interested and in need of free home repairs? Click here for more details on eligibility and/or contact Rishonda Anthony at project:HOMES or Clayton Keller with the Town of Ashland with any questions.

Note: Household income cannot exceed 65% of the area median income. Additional criteria apply. This program is made possible by the federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). A homeowner whose house is in need of repairs may be eligible to receive a grant. The grant is free and never has to be repaid. A grant is available per owner-occupied home to assist with specific home repairs or activities that eliminate conditions detrimental to the safety and health of the residents. Eligible repairs will be determined by project:HOMES, not the homeowner.
