Calling all writers! Must Love Words is a thriving group for wordsmiths that welcomes local aspiring novelists and published authors alike. Join us for constructive feedback and discussion about the craft of writing on the second and fourth Tuesdays of this month. Due to group resources, email and word processing are used to communicate outside of meetings. Access to email and familiarity with word processing is preferred.

Computer mouse skills are needed for this class which is designed for those 8 years old and above. Children 12 or younger must be accompanied by an adult. Learn about Complete Streets and a regional pilot program in the Town of Ashland. Hear about how our region can work together to make streets function effectively for everyone, regardless of age, ability or mode of travel.
Complete Streets- Facilitated by Smart Growth America, Michael Baker International, and PlanRVA, the open house will provide the general public, TPO Policy Board and committee members the opportunity to review recommendations for undertaking a more comprehensive process for implementing complete streets practices in the Town of Ashland and the region.
OPEN HOUSE FORMAT
Join us for any one of three sessions starting at the top of each hour 4 pm, 5 pm, or 6:00 pm.
• A 15-minute overview of Complete Streets
• Break-out stations for hands-on exercises for Urban, Suburban, and Rural areas
