[ARCHIVED] DC2RVA Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS)

The Town of Ashland has obtained a copy of Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) from the Department of Rail and Transportation (DRPT) that was submitted by DRPT for review to the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA). This is not a final document. A final DEIS is anticipated in early December.
