Background
The application currently under review by the Town of Ashland requests an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use classification of seven parcels totaling 100 acres and located along Route 54 and Mt. Herman Road, east of Interstate 95.
Currently, these parcels are classified in the Town's Comprehensive Plan as Future Land Use categories: Interstate Commercial, Rural Edge, Traditional Neighborhood (1-4 units/acre), and Open Space. (As pictured below.)

This application requests a change from the Future Land Use classifications cited above to Interstate Commercial and Office/Industrial, and to retain the Open Space as-is. (As pictured below.)

A rezoning of the property is not currently proposed or under review at this time. This application requests only a Comprehensive Plan amendment.
