I-95 EXIT 92 BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT 

The Town of Ashland will receive sealed bids for the I-95 EXIT 92 BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT until 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 17, 2023. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud.  The purpose of this project is to beautify the I-95 Interchange at Exit 92, (intersection with State Route 54), in such a way as to improve the aesthetics of the interchange.  The end goal is a park like setting. 

This project is funded with federal funds from the American Rescue Plan Act. Awarded contractors must register with Sam.gov and provide the Town of Ashland with a valid Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) prior to commencing work. 

The Bid Documents may be obtained at the office of the Purchasing Agent located in the Town Municipal Building at 121 Thompson Street, Ashland, Virginia 23005, or downloaded here. If documents are downloaded you MUST notify the Purchasing office to be added to the bidder’s list so that you may be notified of addenda or other important information pertaining to this bid. 

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids. 

Small, Women, and minority-owned businesses are encouraged to bid.
